Delivery

In 2023, La Poste introduced new delivery methods. Express delivery (1 to 4 days) replaced by Standard delivery (2 to 5 days)*.

✔︎ TYPES OF DELIVERY 

ORANGE AMOUR delivers your orders in France and in nearly 50 countries around the world.

Delivery in mainland France (including Corsica) is provided by the Colissimo service of La Poste. A reliable and fast service, 48 hours (2 working days announced), which will deliver your orders to your home, your place of work, to the nearest post office. Delivery in mainland France (including Corsica) is €5.95 or free from €100 of purchase. This delivery method is available with signature at the price of €7.95. 

Delivery to other areas of the world is provided by Colissimo, world leaders in shipping. Delivery will be made on D+1 to D+12, depending on the country. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the postman will come back again the next day. If you are absent again, the package will be reshipped to our premises. International Express delivery is chargeable, its cost varies depending on the country of destination.

To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you have your orders delivered to an address where you are present during daytime hours (your place of work for example), or to ensure that someone can receive the package for you (your concierge for example), unless of course you have an accessible and safe mailbox.

All orders placed before 1 p.m. are generally processed the same day and dispatched the next day at the latest. Except weekends and public holidays.

At the moment, due to a very high number of orders, their processing can take up to 48 or even 72 hours. Please accept our apologies.

Colissimo orders are not processed on weekends. Colissimo does not pick up orders on weekends.

Standard Delivery : 3 to 8 working days – price: €4.95 
Colissimo delivery : 3 to 4 working days – price: €9.95
Chronopost delivery : 1 working day : price: €39.95

WORLD :
Standard Delivery : 7 to 21 working days — price: €5.95
Colissimo delivery : 3 to 5 working days – price: €24.95
 

*Delivery times are indicative. They may vary according to periods and countries. Up to 50gr, it is even better to choose Standard Express delivery, generally faster than a Colissimo 48h* which in any case only works from Monday to Friday.

✔︎ TRACKING NUMBER 

We always send an email, with the tracking number. The latter will inform you about the current status of your delivery. 

You can also click on this link to go directly to the La Poste website, on the page https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois where you just have to insert your tracking number, to know where your order is.

✔︎ TO KNOW 

A processed order does not necessarily mean sent. It is first listed as processed when it is saved and ready. Then, (the same day or the next day), it is sent. 

Colissimo – without signature

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours, directly to your mailbox. If this is not large enough, and you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to collect your package the next day at 3 p.m. post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you can then pick up your package at your post office, within 15 days.
In the event of loss or theft, your package is insured by ORANGE AMOUR.

Colissimo Home – with signature

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and delivered against signature. If you are absent, a transit advice note will be left for you, allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to collect your package the next day at 3 p.m. at the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you can then pick up your package at your post office, within 15 days.
In the event of loss or theft, your package is insured by ORANGE AMOUR.

Colissimo Collection Point
With Colissimo Point Withdrawal, you have several withdrawal methods to choose from to collect your parcel

– At the Post Office, you can choose the establishment where you want to have it delivered (without first having your postman go to your home) from among the 10,000 post offices available throughout mainland France.
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours, and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and/or e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us.
